The retreat is located 20 minutes west of Nowra and is set on 17 secluded acres on the banks of the beautiful Shoalhaven River, surrounded by natural bushland, mountains, cliffs and dairy pastures. This makes Grady’s Riverside Retreat an ideal place to bring your friends and family to relax.

Grady’s Riverside Retreat is a small rural style caravan and camping accommodation business which consists of 5 rental cabins, 56 on site holiday vans & 59 camping sites. Can easily be managed by a couple with the owners joining them to cover peak periods.

Two full time trainee management positions are available for a couple commencing ASAP and must be available to work weekends and busy holiday periods. This opportunity would suit a couple who enjoy working as part of a team, have excellent customer service and are happy to roll up their sleeves and help out where need be.

Accommodation/salary: We require the couple to live on-site, for the first 3 months preferably in their own caravan. Once the 3-month probation period is over they are required to move into the Managers Residence. The Managers residence is a 4-bedroom comfortable homestead overlooking the Shoalhaven River. A competitive salary and accommodation package will be offered to the right candidates.
