About Lincoln Place Pty Ltd
Founded in February 2018 by Ben Hindmarsh and Nicholas Collishaw, Lincoln Place is a real estate fund manager specialising in the development, management, and investment in Lifestyle Living Communities.
The business currently manages three operating communities, two tourist parks, four communities under development with an additional four projects in various stages of planning approval. In addition, existing business relationships are likely to generate a further 10 to 12 projects over the next two years.
We are based in Sydney’s CBD with over 40 employees and are now seeking to increase our team’s capacity and seek motivated people who wish to build a career in a professional and quickly expanding business
Skill Set / Experience:
- Sales and Marketing experience in the MHE sector or be engaged in a high service level business
- Management and co-ordination skills to prepare marketing collateral and overall product presentation
- Understanding of MHE legislation and required documentation and process
- Customer focused
- Self-starter, however working as part of a larger team
- Able to work flexible hours including some weekends
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is desirable
The ideal candidate must be personable and detailed in their approach. As the position is remote there will be some travel required to Sydney for monthly management meetings.
