Terms & Conditions

• All prices quoted include GST
• All tickets must be paid in full on registration via credit card
• CCIANSW reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule Awards of Excellence due to insufficient registrations or unforeseen circumstances. CCIA NSW also reserves the right to change times, dates, venues or facilitators at its discretion.
• Notification of cancellations by participants must be made in writing to keira.phillips@cciansw.com.au
• In the event of a cancellation by a participant, CCIA NSW will refund the money paid in full if CCIANSW is advised in writing of a cancellation more than 5 business days prior to the Awards of Excellence.
• In the event of notification of a cancellation by a participant 5 business days or less before the Awards of Excellence, monies paid will not be refunded.
• Where a refund is due to a participant, such a refund will be provided within 30 days.
• Requests for substitutions by participants are to be made in writing to keira.phillips@cciansw.com.au and can be made at any time up to 2 business days before Awards of Excellence.
• If a participant fails to attend, the monies will not be refunded.
